研究方向

本课题组主要研究方向如下:

1. 微生物活性代谢产物的挖掘与生物合成机制研究

以活性和基因组信息为导向,挖掘微生物源活性天然产物,通过生物信息学、基因工程技术、代谢组学、功能酶学等手段解析天然产物的生物合成机制;利用合成生物学等方法改造天然产物生物合成途径及分子结构,深度挖掘微生物的代谢潜能。

2. 微生物基因组编辑与应用

以前沿的分子克隆和DNA编辑技术为基础,开发细菌、噬菌体等微生物基因组组装和编辑新技术,拓展微生物的应用价值。
